The idea for this project was spawned with an image I took the year before at Bosham Quay. With the sun going down on a bitterly cold but clear day in early January, and with a low tide, I sent the drone up and captured the patterns in the sand. I soon became a little obsessed with the patterns created by the changes in the tides, and after some research on Google Maps I was able to discover a few locations that may offer similar topography. Numerous visits have resulted in this collection of images that document the tidal sands on the South coast.
